Insurance Requirements:	General Liability Insurance in amounts not less than: $1,000,000 for injury or death to any number of persons in any one occurrence $500,000 property damage in any one occurrence State Educational Institutions are not required to provide proof of General Liability Insurance Worker's Compensation Insurance as required by state law
Registered Agent (Special Agency) Required?	No
Qualifying Individual Requirements:	Licensed Elevator Contractor

Due:	Biennially by December 31. For the first license cycle, renewals will be due in the calendar year following initial registration. So if you registered in October 2024, your first renewal will be due on December 31, 2025 and biennially after that.
