Requirement Notes:	Only licensed architectural or engineering firms in good standing with the Tennessee Secretary of State may apply. Additionally, a firm's qualifying individual's license must be in good standing with the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance.

Notes:	The firm name on the OSA Designer Registration Web Application, Letter's of Interest (LOI), and responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) must be IDENTICAL to the firm's legal entity name as the actively registered with the Tennessee Secretary of State.

Registration Renewal

More Details

Instructions:	Select the tab titled Directory-Current Registrants and locate the firm designer registration seeking renewal. If the firm sought is on the list, navigate back and select the Existing Registrants tab, and follow the instructions to obtain a secured link. Note: The secured link can only be opened one time. If unable to complete this process, return to the previous tab and request another secured link. If the firm is not listed in the directory of current registrants but it was registered sometime in the past, proceed to the existing registrant's tab and follow the instructions. If unable to register after following these instructions then a new designer registration application must be submitted. Once the secured link has been opened, a prefilled form should appear. Note: If the form is blank an error occurred. Do not complete it. Return to the previous tab and request another secured link. No changes need to be made unless there is information to update. Complete the renewal application by navigating through the prefilled tabs and clicking submit on the final page. Note: Print this page for confirmation. An email confirmation will not be sent.

Due:	Registrations expire annually on December 31. Renewal applications can begin December 1 and must be submitted by December 31.
