Registration Renewal

Due:	Triennially by the last day of the month of initial registration
Penalties:	$150 renewal fee $20 per dealer plate fee $1 per dealer plate registration fee
Required Attachments:	Bond Certificate of Insurance National Criminal Background Report for each owner, officer, member controlling 10% or more of the business (must be dated within 90 days of renewal) List of dealer-to-dealer or out-of-state sales, if applicable Certification of Vehicles sold form DLA-1C OR EVR sales volume verification form OR List of a minimum of 15 numbered transactions with the date of sale, complete name and address of buyer, and vehicle year/make/VIN
