Bond Requirements:	$25,000 surety bond with Power of Attorney Attached The exact business name and address of the dealership must appear on the face of the bond Individual owners and partners must be listed in addition to the business name and address Corporate officers and members do not need to be listed. Only the corporate name or LLC Name (including DBA or assumed name) must appear on the bond The bond amount and surety's name must appear on the face of the bond The bond must be signed by the Attorney-in-Fact for the surety Witness to the Attorney-in-Fact for the surety Licensed Insurance Agent Principal (dealer license applicant) Witness to principal
