Insurance Requirements:	A $1,000,000 certificate of Commercial General Liability insurance is required from an insurance company with a minimum of a “B++” rating. The City of Fort Collins must be listed as both a Certificate Holder and an Additional Insured.
Bond Requirements:	A $20,000 license & permit bond is required to obtain a Right-of-Way Contractor’s License, with an additional and separate $10,000 license and permit bond for each endorsement. The bonding company must have a minimum rating of “A-“and the bond must be original and signed.
