• If your company carries a Worker’s Compensation policy a certificate from your insurance provider must be submitted.
• If your company is exempt from the State of Colorado’s  Worker’s Compensation requirements, a Statement of Exemption form must be submitted.
• Single occurrence liability insurance with a coverage amount of at least $300,000 is required.

This license entitles the holder to contract for the construction, alteration and repair of: but not limited to, garages, barns, basement finishes, alterations, decks, remodels and low voltage wiring as permitted by the International Building Code or the International Residential Code.

• If your company carries a Worker’s Compensation policy a certificate from your insurance provider must be submitted.
• If your company is exempt from the State of Colorado’s  Worker’s Compensation requirements, a Statement of Exemption form must be submitted.
• Single occurrence liability insurance with a coverage amount of at least $1,000,000 is required.

This license entitles the holder to contract for the construction, alteration, tenant finish or repair of any type or size of structure permitted by the International Building Code or the International Residential Code.

• If your company is exempt from the State of Colorado’s  Worker’s Compensation requirements, a Statement of Exemption form must be submitted.
• Single occurrence liability insurance with a coverage amount of at least $1,000,000 is required.

This license entitles the holder to contract for the construction, alteration, or repair of multi-family (3 or more units) structures as permitted by the International Building Code or the International Residential Code.
