  • 31-33 $958 for up to 31 employees + $18 for each additional employee
  • 34+: $1000
Notes:

Practitioners of certain professions may elect to pay a flat fee of $200. If you are considering this option, contact the City Clerk.

Due:

Annually by January 30

Penalties:
  • 10% penalty of total occupational tax due added to the total if renewed after March 31
  • Fine cannot exceed $500
  • Individuals refusing to pay occupational tax face up to $500 fine and/or imprisonment of up to 6 months
