Filing Method:	Online, mail, or fax Paper applications are mailed to Avenu Business Licensing Department P.O. Box 830900 Birmingham, AL 35283 Applications are submitted online through Avenu Business Licensing Service
Agency Fee:	Fees vary based on the nature of the business and annual gross receipts $100 minimum license fee $14 issuance fee Businesses that commence operation after July 1 will only be required to pay 1/2 the license fee
Required Attachments:	State License or Certification, if applicable

Due:	Licenses expire annually on December 31. Renewal applications can be submitted between January 1 and January 31.
