Filing Method:	Online
Agency Fee:	$50 application fee + $35 per employee OR variable occupational tax fee based on gross receipts from the previous year (whichever is greater)
Due:	Occupational Tax Certificates expire annually on December 31. Renewals can begin as early as January 1 and must be submitted by March 31.
Penalties:	Penalties begin on May 1. Applicants failing to renew by June 1 will be required to submit an initial application again and are subject to penalties and interest.
