Instructions:	To apply for a business license complete the Business Tax Identification Application. Once this form is processed, the City of Daphne will provide additional instructions to complete the licensing process.

Agency Fee:	Fees vary based on the nature of the business and gross receipts Unless otherwise specified in the Business License Fee Schedules, the minimum license fee is $100 Applications submitted after July will be prorated to 50% of the license fee due (unless gross receipts exceed $100,000)
Required Attachments:	State License, if applicable State Certificate or Permit, if applicable
