Insurance Requirements:	Garage Liability Insurance covering all vehicles to be offered for sale in amounts not less than: $25,000 bodily injury per person $50,000 bodily injury per accident $25,000 property damage per traffic crash The Certificate of Insurance must show the dealership name and physical business address. The Arkansas State Police must be the certificate holder. The Certificate of Insurance must have an active policy number and show an effective/starting and expiration/stop date.
Bond Requirements:	$25,000 surety bond Must display dealership name and physical business address An owner of the dealership must sign the surety bond A power of attorney must be attached with the surety bond
