• Right of Way Contractors: 
  • General Liability Insurance in amounts not less than $500,000 bodily injury and $500,000 property damage
  • Adams County Transportation Department, Construction Management 1st Floor, Suite W2000B 4430 S. Adams County Parkway Brighton, CO 80601 must be listed as the certificate holder

$5,000 permit or license bond (right of way contractors only - street cut excavations)

All contractors performing work involving the construction, alteration, remodeling, repairing, or equipping of buildings or other structures in Adams County shall be licensed by the City and County of Denver, other counties, or municipalities within the State of Colorado or International Code Council.
